I spend my days between two kinds of work: running experiments on T cells, and writing the models and tools that decide which experiments are worth running. The ideas that help most in both places are usually simple ones explained well.
This notebook is where I’ll put those explanations: a p-value in ten minutes, attention without the hype, what a UMAP can and can’t tell you, and notes from building AI agents for scientists. Some posts will be articles, some short videos, some just a paragraph.
If something here is wrong or unclear, tell me. That’s half the point of writing it down.
